BX-2
Borealis Aircraft started off making small kit planes for the low cost market, the first of these being the BX-2, still available using the original R1 piston engine that went on to power aircraft like the BX-100 and the original twin blade prop. The BX-2 features a 1+1 seating configuration with minimalist avionics and no autopilot to hold your hand giving pilots the most natural feeling of flight. The soft suspension and large tyres make the plane incredibly forgiving and the high power to weight ratio allow pilots to power out of otherwise dangerous stalls. With a landing distance of under 60ft and a similarly short takeoff run the BX-2 is a true backcountry bush plane still able to hang with the best.
