this microcontroller does not what the previous did. it is compacter and it is 20 RPS when the max RPS is above the main RPS and the main RPS is above 0 and the throttle is -1 or 1 but when it is 0 then the RPS is at the main RPS
can be used by NJ tank steering controller or cars the when the W/S is -1 then gear is on -1
but there are a difference between those v5 (version 5) and v6 (version 6)
