OXBLOOD
The Oxblood is first in the Celeris class vessel series, a scout vessel with hydrofoil, flight, and submersible capabilities.
Ideal working conditions are under standard hydrofoil use, with a top speed of about 80 M/s at low winds.
You can alternatively, however, activate the use of water tanks rather than solely ocean water, making for good de-capsizing measures, hydrofoil stabilization, and full-on flight. While somewhat unwieldy, the Oxblood is capable of respectable control over flight and extremely high speeds, an average top speed of 165 M/s but upwards of 200 M/s in the best possible weather conditions.
Submersive operation must use the pressurized air tanks for engine intake, it can operate without needing to refill for upwards of 1-2 minutes, maintaining a respectable 40-50 M/s.
Weapons are remotely operated from a setup within the cabin, with control over both the light and heavy autocannons.
Range - 40-50 km, potentially higher with constant flight.
