History:
S.S. Jericho was built to dominate in luxury and capacity, While certainly not the fastest vessel afloat, she made up for that in her accommodations. Jericho and later her sister ship Judah dominated the trans-oceanic route. Jericho was so large when compared to her fleet mates, that she had been described as being a floating city. After only a few years of sailing, Jericho departed on what became her final voyage. In the middle of her trans-oceanic crossing, Jericho was steaming at night on a sea of glass. Jericho's crew failed to spot an exposed reef, and grazed against it, tearing multiple compartments open. Within two hours, Jericho slipped beneath the waves. Her surviving passengers had been picked up by the S.S. Polaris the next morning, and taken to their destination.
