Adds a functional Mehrunes Razor from the Elder Scrolls into Rimworld.
Mehrunes Razor is a knife that has a chance to instantly kill any opponent when struck. It should be between a 25-12% chance of the instakill effect triggering, which I made much higher than it is in the Elder Scrolls games because I don't think a 2% chance to instakill makes the weapon very worth using; this is a legendary artifact, it should be one of the best weapons in your arsenal. Its base dps without the instakill is slightly worse than a legendary plasteel knife.
It can be acquired as a rare quest reward
The texture is WIP because I'm not an artist, and I plan on adding more daedric artifacts in the future.
