Requres External Fuel Source
Generator Module:
1. Spawn the Generator Module along with an ATV compatible with it
2. Connect the 'Refueling Anchor' to an external fuel source
3. Enable the generator by pressing the button labeled, 'Enable Generator'
4. Connect a cable to the 'Electrical Output' Cable
5. Charge any vehicle / ATV.
