This mod adds a gnome xeno to rimworld, a hat, and two factions!
In terms of inspiration these gnomes are an in-between between your traditional garden gnome and hobbits or halflings from Tolkien.

Should work with 1.4 and 1.5, haven't tested as this was made using 1.6 but feel free to try it and let me know.
