Human Shield: Outsource Your Morality to Someone Else
Are you tired of high-risk “frontal combat”?
Why are there so many “covers” on the ground that you can’t pick up and use?
This mod offers a solution more aligned with RimWorld survival philosophy: pick up human shields from the ground (maybe even your own D-class colonists), and let someone else take the hits.

Core Gameplay

You can pick up other Pawns as “human shields”.

You can carry up to 3 human shields at the same time.

In combat, incoming damage can be intercepted and redirected to human shields based on chance.

Interception chance is related to body size: the greater the size advantage, the more “motivated” they are to take hits for you.

Total shield mass affects movement speed.
Human Shield Management
Provides a “Manage Human Shields” button for manual single release or one-click release all. Shields are automatically released when the carrier is downed or dies. The Hediff info card includes shield entries with jumpable hyperlinks for quick shield info access.

Baby Vomit System
When your carried shields include a human baby, the “Baby Vomit” command is unlocked. You can target a Pawn or a cell:

Hit Pawn: forces vomiting.

Hit cell: creates vomit filth.
Each shot consumes 10% of the baby’s food level, and the button shows the current available food percentage.

Raid Integration (Pirates / Tribes)
In pirate and tribal raids, some enemies are randomly generated with human shields. Enemies carrying shields consume extra raid points; in other words: harder to kill, but fewer in number. Hidden factions, player factions, and other unsuitable sources are excluded.
