Preach Health to Anyone

Overview
In vanilla RimWorld (Ideology DLC), the Moral Guide's "Preach Health" ability only works on colonists who share the same ideoligion as the preacher. This mod removes that restriction, allowing your Moral Guide to preach health to any colonist regardless of their beliefs.
Features
- Removes the same-ideoligion requirement from Preach Health
- All other restrictions still apply (target must be human, not in a mental state, and sick or injured)
- No new mechanics, no balance changes, just fewer arbitrary limitations
