Introduction Access the recruitment system by clicking the 【Recruitment】 menu below. It offers three recruitment types: Contract Workers, Hired System, and Lifetime System, providing a more flexible and controllable human resource system for your colony. Gender restrictions may not work properly for some alien races. v1.4.0 Modified the overall functionality of temporary workers. Fixed several bugs. Added the option to use pawn value as contract cost. Added a price multiplier configuration for temporary workers, ranging from 0.1 to 5, allowing adjustment of hiring costs. Modified the maximum time limit range to 0–30 days, enabling an unlimited time option and optimizing performance. v1.3.0 Added a print log function for configuration items. Now when you encounter a bug, you can give the logs to AI. Hiring system now includes faction-level influence, based on the Industrial Age: High-tech factions: Higher cost, but shorter search time Low-tech factions: Lower cost, but longer search time Lifelong employment system now has a silver cost. Reduced default costs for temporary workers, cargo pods, and the hiring system. Skills below level 11 no longer increase cost or time. For each additional level beyond that, cost increases by 5%. Fixed an issue where search data became abnormal when saving during a search (Thanks to @成祖). When clicking on any pawn's row in the current hire list, the camera will smoothly move to that pawn and the pawn will be automatically selected, making it easier for users to quickly locate and manage hired pawns. Added a configuration option to filter out hostile factions, enabled by default. Temporary workers add racial selection v1.2.1 Optimize candidate logic by adding a search confirmation function to avoid invalid searches. Add filtering logic for the non-human race option to display relevant non-human characters based on the player's selected race (humans are fully displayed by default, allowing players to choose valid non-human genes on their own). Adjust the configuration interface layout and add a trait selection configuration item, supporting separate settings for allowed trait types (positive, negative, neutral) in the contract-based and permanent employment systems. Adjust the UI.
