SaveSelect
Stop scrolling across the map to find that one building, or dragging a box around your colonists every time a raid drops. SaveSelect lets you bind any selection to a key and restore it with a single press — saving clicks, camera movement, and unnecessary pauses.
Examples

[*] Include mechs in a combat group without having to find them on the map or dig through the mechs tab

Works with anything you can select: colonists, animals, mechs, buildings, items, walls, floors — if you can click it, you can save it.
How it works

[*] Select things on the map
[*] Press your configured hotkey to open the SaveSelect window
[*] Choose a key from four tabs: [b]0-9[/b], [b]Numpad[/b], [b]A-Z[/b], or [b]Symbols[/b]
[*] Done — press that key anytime to restore the selection

The window stays open while you adjust your selection on the map, so you can add or remove things before saving. Assigned keys show a summary of what's bound (e.g. "3 pawns, 2 buildings"). Right-click or hit the [b]x[/b] button to clear a binding.
Smart cleanup
Things that no longer exist (destroyed, deconstructed, killed) are automatically removed from the group when you restore it. No stale references, no errors.
Setup
Configure the hotkey to open the SaveSelect window in [b]Mod Settings[/b] (Options → Mods → SaveSelect). The settings panel shows a conflict warning if your chosen key is already used by the game.
