Animal Face Parts Framework

Overview Animal Face Parts Framework is a framework that allows you to create advanced animal mods using only XML. You can create both adorable pets and ferocious beasts. All of the following features can be achieved using only XML editing. [Graphics Enhancements] - [b] Switch body graphics to another ones only under specific conditions [/b] (sleeping / in combat / performing specific jobs). - [b] Alternate body graphics can be separated for juveniles and adults. [/b] - [b] Randomly selects from separately drawn face parts and overlays them onto the base body, allowing visual variation between animals. [/b] - [b] Face parts can be freely added. By default, Eyes, HairFront, and HairBack are provided. [/b] Cowlicks, glasses, tails, or anything else can also be added. - [b] Facial expression variants (smile/cry) can be added. [/b] Smiles trigger automatically when eating or nuzzling. Crying triggers automatically when taking damage. - [b] Fixes the moonwalk bug that occurs when moving left in RimWorld 1.5 / 1.6 vanilla. [/b] [Feature Enhancements] - [b] Favorite foods can be set. Animals will strongly prefer them.[/b] Using favorite foods increases taming success chance.[/b] - [b] Sleep time can be changed, allowing creation of nocturnal animals.[/b] (However, shifted sleep schedules reduce caravan suitability.) - [b] Animals can be configured to flee when humans approach or attack when approached.[/b] - [b] Hediff blocking is supported. Specific Hediffs can be prevented from being applied.[/b] - [b] Spawn seasons can be set so animals appear only in certain seasons.[/b] - [b] Hediffs can be applied when the animal’s life stage changes, allowing growth and aging to be expressed more flexibly.[/b] Animal Mod Templates (For Beginners) Two XML templates for creating animal mods are available.
