Unlock by UAV Basis research and you can find those building in DMS's category.
Can run without DMS, in this case research microelectronics and find it in "misc" category.
Currently has 2 type: hauler, builder. High speed but low skill level.
Update: Add optional patches for skill level setting using XML extension.
