Fulton Extraction System: "They're coming too? Roger that." Tired of your slow-moving colonists trekking across the entire map to haul a single downed raider or a pile of precious gold? The Fulton Extraction System brings high-speed, vertical recovery to the Rim. Inspired by legendary battlefield recovery techniques, this mod allows you to "Fulton" almost anything directly from the field back to your home base. NEW: [v1.6 Update] Global Logistics & Advanced Recovery The Fulton system is no longer limited to your home tile! Off-Site Extraction: Raiding a bandit camp? Exploring an ancient ruin? You can now Fulton loot and prisoners from Encounter Maps and Caravan Waypoints. Home-Bound Navigation: Any target extracted while you are "away" will automatically enter high-altitude transit and land safely at your Primary Colony. Inter-Map Transport: No more leaving legendary items behind because your caravan is too heavy. Just air-lift them home! Intelligent Faction Handling: Fixed issues where returning colonists or animals were treated as neutrals. Your people (and pets!) return home as full colony members—ready to work the moment they land. Key Features The Fulton Harness: A specialized tool that allows your colonists to attach high-tension balloons to targets. Extraction Storage Crates (Vacuum Logic): New high-capacity crates. Pack them full of loot on a temporary map, hit the "Extract Crate" button, and the crate—along with every item on its tile—will be whisked back to base in one go. Aerial Taming: There is a 50% chance that wild animals extracted via Fulton will be "impressed" (or terrified) into joining your colony instantly upon landing. Automated Logistics: Extracted targets don't just disappear—they drift toward and land at your designated Fulton Landing Pads. If no pad is found, they default to your colony's standard drop-spot. Prisoner Acquisition: Extracting a downed hostile automatically processes them into your colony's justice system upon landing, ready for recruitment. Advanced Mod Options Audio Toggle: Added a Mod Settings menu! You can now enable or disable the iconic "Fulton Whistle" sound effect to suit your playstyle. Smart Safety Checks: * Roof Protection: The system now intelligently blocks extractions if the target is under a roof to prevent "balloon-ceiling" collisions. Combat Safety: Hostile humans and wild animals must be downed (incapacitated) before a harness can be attached. How to Use Craft a Fulton Harness at any Machining Table. Build a Fulton Landing Pad in an unroofed, open area at your home base. Equip the harness and use the "Fulton Extract" command on a target (on any map!). Deploy Storage Crates on raid maps to "vacuum" up localized loot and fly it home in bulk. Technical Details: Version: Optimized for RimWorld 1.5/1.6.
