A simple mod AI storytelling (like RimTalk).
It allows you to rename any health conditions on your pawns.
It also adds 10 harmless "blank tags" that you can apply to any body part via Dev Mode/Character Editor and rename.
How to Use
Select your pawn in-game. Look for the new "Rename conditions" icon in the bottom command bar. Click it, choose the health condition you want to rename, type the new text, and hit Enter (to revert to the original name, just leave it blank and confirm).
