I’ll admit, item management in the vanilla game never quite sat right with me. I understand why it was designed the way it was, but I’ve always wanted to just select a colonist and tell them to grab a specific item or put something away in a specific stockpile. Sometimes that lack of control was really frustrating, so the idea for this mod was born. It simply provides expanded manual inventory control.
Main Features:
[b]1. Improved Pawn Interaction (Transferring Items)[/b]
You can now transfer items directly from one colonist to another without having to drop them on the ground:

[] [b]Transfer:[/b] By right-clicking another colonist, you can choose "Transfer...". You can hand over a specific item, a whole stack (using a quantity slider), or your entire inventory at once.[] [b]Take Items:[/b] You can take items from other colonists, as well as from prisoners or slaves. The mod automatically checks carrying capacity—a pawn won't take more than they can carry (overweight protection).

[b]2. Advanced Stockpile Interaction (Haul/Take)[/b]
Right-clicking a stockpile cell or a shelf gives you new options:

[] [b]Store Items:[/b] Allows you to quickly unload your entire inventory into the stockpile or select specific items to put away.[] [b]Smart Placement:[/b] The mod tries to merge stacks and works correctly with storage buildings (like crates from other mods), filling them to their limit.[] [b]Auto-Allow:[/b] In the settings, you can enable an option that automatically allows an item in the stockpile filters when you try to put it there (if the stockpile is physically capable of holding it).[] [b]Take from Stockpile:[/b] Quickly fill your inventory with items from a stockpile until you reach your mass limit.

[b]3. Quick Gear Swapping (Apparel)[/b]
An "Equipment..." option appears in the context menu for stockpiles and shelves:

[] [b]Strip All/Selected:[/b] The colonist will walk to the stockpile, take off their clothes, and immediately place them in a slot (no more clothes lying on the floor next to the shelf).[] [b]Wear All/Selected:[/b] Allows you to quickly equip apparel directly from a chest or the floor. The mod automatically checks for layer conflicts (you can't wear two parkas at once).

[b]4. Locking System (Padlocks)[/b]
Two icon buttons appear for each item in the pawn's inventory ("Gear" tab):

[] [b]Storage Lock:[/b] Marks an item as "personal." This item will not be dropped when clicking the "Unload All" button. Useful for medicine, travel rations, or tools.[] [b]Consume Lock:[/b] Prevents the pawn from automatically eating or using the item.

[b]5. "Quick Unload" Button (Gizmo)[/b]
Selected colonists get an "Unload" command button. When clicked, the pawn will automatically go and distribute all unlocked items into appropriate stockpiles.
[b]6.Shift+Click to Drop Some[/b]
Added the ability to drop a specific amount of items by holding Shift while clicking the drop icon, similar to the "Drop Some" mod functionality.
Mod Settings:
The mod allows you to flexibly customize the interface:

[] Ignore Stockpile Settings: Automatically add items to filters when unloading.[] Stack Slider: Enable/disable the window for selecting the exact number of items during transfer.[] Button Visibility: You can hide the lock buttons or the quick unload button if you don't use them.[] Manual Drop: Allow or disallow dropping "locked" items manually.

Compatibility
The main issues could arise from the added UI functions (locks and consumption prevention), but I have added patches for the major inventory mods.
Compatible with mods that add their own storage solutions.
