Tweaks Galore - Pacing Manager Compatibility Patch
Enables compatibility between Tweaks Galore and Pacing Manager.
This is a simple xml patch that removes the TweakSection_Vanilla_ResearchProjects def. Doing this prevents Tweaks Galore's SectionWorker_ResearchProjects.DoOnStartup() from firing, which it does regardless of whether the setting is on or off.
You will lose access to TG's per-project research cost and tech level sliders, but Pacing Manager's tech-level multipliers will work correctly on save/load.
