Provides a global attribute adjustment menu for the Union Heavy Industry series turrets (durability, range, damage, power, etc.).
For attributes that should not be 0, be sure to click "Restore Defaults" first; do not click "Apply Immediately." (Attributes like forced deviation radius are normal at 0.)

I have refactored the code by utilizing the advantages of two turret modification mods. If you are using both the Union Heavy Industry and Tiangong Casting turret attribute modification mods simultaneously, only one settings menu will appear, with no impact on functionality.
