Younger Children Can Doctor
Lowers doctoring age to 3 years old, the same age children are allowed to shoot a gun. Let the kids do invasive, exploratory surgery at your own risk.

I don't want to upload another mod, so I'd have to learn how to add mod options. If you want it really bad, leave a comment supporting the idea and I'll get around to it eventually.
If you want to do it yourself so you don't have to wait for me to do it, go into the mod in your file explorer:
[Steam/steamapps/workshop/294100/3691853285/Patches/YoungerDoctorsPatch.xml]
. . . and then change the <Doctor> value to your desired age. Only tested at 3, and will likely work at 7, so do other ages at your own risk.

They're, like, level 1 medical. They'll almost always fail. If they don't, it's a miracle, and miracles make for a good story. You shouldn't let your medical 1 pawns do surgery, anyways, regardless of the age.
