Open mod settings to configure. Each category can be independently enabled or disabled:

How Double-Forbid Works

[*] A weapon drops during combat -- RimWorld auto-forbids it
[*] Smart Allow unforbids it after combat ends
[*] You decide you don't want THAT weapon -- you forbid it manually
[*] Smart Allow sees you forbade something it already allowed -- marks it [b]permanently forbidden[/b]
[*] Smart Allow never touches that item again

This lets you keep specific items forbidden without disabling entire categories.
