Impid Races Expanded
Expands RimWorld with three distinct impid offshoots adapted to the deadly deserts of deathworlds. Encounter the cold-enduring Azure Impids, recognizable by their blue skin, large horns, and adrenaline-fueled frenzy hearts; the toxic-adapted Jade Impids, acid-spitting survivors of polluted oasis regions with slow ageing and resilient digestion; and the terrifying Umbral Impids, nocturnal, telepathic hunters with dark blue skin and a relentless kill-thirst. Each xenotype brings unique strengths, weaknesses, and survival strategies, adding new depth, challenge, and storytelling potential to impid-based gameplay.

Azure Impid
Azure Impids are a cold-adapted impid variant with blue skin, sandy blonde hair, and larger-than-normal horns, shaped by life in the deep southern deserts of deathworlds. They can spew fire, tolerate both heat and cold, and possess a frenzy heart that lets them trigger adrenaline surges at will. Adapted to scarce food, they eat less but require more sleep, and are highly fertile with strong libidos. However, their weak immunity, slow healing, and poor melee ability make them fragile despite their environmental resilience.

Jade Impid
Jade Impids are a toxic-adapted impid variant with green skin, shaped by pollution around desert oases on deathworlds. They spray acid, age slowly, and have efficient digestion that grants immunity to food poisoning and parasites. Moderately heat tolerant and more happy than other impids, they are well-suited to oasis life, but their weak immunity and slow healing leave them vulnerable.

Umbral Impid
Umbral Impids are nocturnal impid variants with dark blue skin, no hair, and asymmetrical horns, adapted to life in the night deserts of deathworlds. They see in darkness, communicate telepathically, and are highly cold tolerant but UV sensitive. Extremely aggressive, pain-resistant, and hard to kill, they are deadly night hunters, though their fast ageing, unruly behavior, and low libido limit their long-term stability.
