修复关闭“喂养能自己吃饭幼儿”时，当他们生病或无法动弹时不会被喂养的问题。
Fixed an issue: with the ‘Pawns will feed toddlers even if they are able to feed themselves’ option disabled, toddlers were not being fed when sick or immobilized.
新版Toddlers Interaction Patch，包含喂食修复并添加如下功能
1.幼儿吃饭时会拒绝大人陪玩请求，可设置开关
2.幼儿自己玩耍时会拒绝大人陪玩请求，可设置开关
3.关闭陪玩工作，可设置开关
装了新版就不用装Toddlers Feeding Fix Patch了。
这个旧版留着给不想要任何设置页面的简洁党，作为修复喂食bug使用。
