CIWS For Fortifications - Industrial
The CE patch included in Fortifications - Industrial for 1.5 made several of the turrets use the CE CIWS system, but the 1.6 version of those patches does not.
This mod copies those patches for 1.6, with some changes to reflect the balance of the turrets in 1.6.
For those that don't know, CIWS is a system in CE that allows turrets to shoot down drop pods and mortar shells while the turret is active. All turrets patched here are manned, so only shoot down drop pods while a colonist is using the gun.
(pro tip: set CIWS turrets to a fire mode out than Suppress)
