R&D - Orbital Strike Designators
Orbital Strike Designators are reusable handheld targeting devices powered by consumable authorization chips. The system includes several strike options that can be found or purchased to reload the permanent hardware.
Standard Bombardment delivers multiple strikes of vanilla bomb damage for general demolition. Firestorm combines doomsday grade explosions with a wide spread delivery of flammable fuel. Meteor Caller rains down a localized shower of rocks and minerals for harvesting purposes. Single Antigrain provides a high power BombSuper strike that functions without requiring line of sight. For those with Anomaly, the Corpse Drop rains down a mixture of corpses and deadlife dust to make a hoard of shamblers. The most powerful option is the Wrath of God, which delivers a barrage of multiple antigrain strikes and sprinkles IEDantigrain traps across the area of effect.
The targeting device stays in the inventory while the specific authorization chips are consumed upon use.
