Adds a new play type for toddlers: Lick Filth.
When a toddler's food need reaches 0%, all normal play activities are replaced with licking filth off the floor.
The toddler will crawl to nearby filth (within 10 cells) and lick it clean, gaining 5% food need.
Only triggers after age 1 (when toddlers can move).
