Essential scopes

Optics now giving much more range and sight efficiency Lowers max weapon range of most long range weapons, so you need optics to shoot on a bigger range. Specifically sniper rifle got base 100% sight efficiency, and lower warmup, so with 8x scope it's stats almost identical to vanilla. (I wanted to give some weapons smaller base sight efficiency, but that will make many things go bad, trust me.) Some other attachments got slighly differed to better mend with CE balance. Why don't use "Customized weapons expanded", because it do almost the same thing, but covers more things with a better quality? - I dunno. Actually, you can use both, if you liked my idea of scope implementation. Load this after CWE. Why don't use "Weapon range rebalance for CE" by Turkler? I recommend to use it together tho, so Turklers mod will cover other things, that my don't And if You don'l like some part of the mod, like stats of barrels, just delete xml patch. However mind, that gun nerfs and scope stats was specifically designed for themselfs together. Oh, and unique guns from odyssey will take nerfs from their regular variant, and you wont be able to compensate it with a scope, sooo... Think of that like you just can't mod it, or wait for "Customize weapon" to accept those too. Feel free to leave your mention about balance, I'm really interested too see it <3
