Pawns which spawn with a royal title above a configurable threshold have a configurable chance to spawn as sanguophages.
Works with VRE Sanguophages and lets you choose the spawn frequency of each xenotype.
Works with VFE Empire, I'm not sure about other mods that add titles, let me know.
