Optimizes the architect (building) menu performance when many mods add hundreds of buildings.
Features:
- Caches visibility checks, button sorting, label text, icon colors, material lookups, and text measurements to eliminate redundant per-frame computations
- All optimizations are independently toggleable
- Optional pagination for building submenus (splits large building lists into pages with a page navigation gizmo)
- Optional pagination for the main menu (splits category buttons into pages)

- Better Architect Menu: The optimizations and main menu pagination both work, but the sub-menu pagination feature does not take effect because Better Architect Menu has its own independent system.
