Fixed Sign and Comments mod, using rimworld built in colorpicker instead and configured impassible signs to not throw errors

Description Summary
Adds placeable signs that show ingame labels with your custom text, to organize things and plan ahead
Also adds sign functionality to a number of vanilla objects
