Reduces the requirements to achieve better positive room stats, making it slightly easier to earn mood buffs from impressive rooms.
Modifies all 5 primary room stats: Impressiveness, Wealth, Space, Beauty, and Cleanliness.
No dependencies. Safe to add or remove mid-save.
