This was mainly done as a companion mod for my [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3697744426]Panaquatic Zone[/url], but I also fix a couple other bugs I found and knew how to fix.

[*] Add separate cultivar defs for Aquaflume, Goblet, and Cattail, so they work with growing zones (both mine and BIosphere's own) properly. They inherit almost the entire def from Biosphere except for terrain tags.
[*] Fixes critical red errors when Odyssey isn't loaded. This was happening because Biosphere's water plants were searching for WaterPlantBase which is defined in Odyssey - I simply made a different base for them to inherit from when that DLC isn't loaded.
[*] A couple of other DLC locks missing on Firesap stuff - psy stats defined in Royalty.
