Vietnam Era PBR MK-II:
-Top Speed 140 KPH
-Simple Controls/Low Lag
-Accurate Design
-Driver Controlled Weapons
The PBR was a light patrol boat used by the US Navy from 1966-1975. It was widely deployed in the Vietnam/US war and used to patrol small rivers where other boats could not go. Its propulsion method was key to its success, with the twin water jets providing the PBR with increased speed and maneuverability compared to other boats that used traditional props. Armed with a twin .50 M2 Browning machine gun turret on the bow, and a light machine gun at the stern, the PBR was very effectively used against guerrilla warfare where combatants would take cover behind forest and brush.
