Adds the grappling hook
The Grappling Hook, once attached to a structure, will pull the player towards it. Additionally, if it attaches to a character it will pull them towards the player.
The Grappling Hook can be used with a harpoon gun and costs the same to make as a regular harpoon.
There should be no conflicts as the mod does not change anything.
This mod requires LuaCsForBarotrauma with CSharp Scripting Enabled.
