Race Description with Xenotype Description
Visualize the race descriptions for non-Baseliner pawns.

Biotech DLC adds various Xenotypes but it overwrites the race descriptions (ex. humans) with the xenotype descriptions (ex. Genies, Dirtmoles, etc).
It causes the race descriptions are not visualized when using Humanoid Alien Races mod.
This mod ensures to visualize the race descriptions with the xenotype descriptions, should be convenient for the mods where many races sharing the same xenotype (ex. Aya races).
