This mod was made for exactly that reason.
Unknown Father removes the father's identity after birth if the mother is a prisoner — leaving behind a child with no known parentage. A subtle touch of mystery for your colony's story.
🍼 During pregnancy, the last romantic partner may still appear listed as the father. However, after birth, the social tab will no longer show any paternal connection.
It's a small visual detail — but for those who care about narrative consistency, it's something I'm working to eliminate completely.
Once I resolve it, the mod will be updated accordingly.
