CeleTech Arsenal MKIII Custom Settings
Provides a global attribute adjustment menu for the Tiangong series of turrets (durability, range, damage, power, etc.).
For attributes that should not be 0 but currently are, be sure to click "Restore Defaults" first; do not click "Apply Immediately." (Attributes like "forced deviation radius" are normal at 0).

Added synchronization for footprint and texture adjustments.
Historical Updates
I have refactored the code using the advantages of my two turret modification mods. If you use both the United Heavy Industries and Tiangong Foundry turret attribute modification mods simultaneously, only one settings menu will appear, and there will be no impact on functionality.
