[Temp] Vanilla Plants Expanded - Mushrooms Fix

A simple xml patch to fix some bugs with vanilla plants expanded mushrooms. This mod is just meant as a quick fix before the VE team fixes the bugs upstream. I have already filed bug reports for these bugs and this mod is just meant as a temporary makeshift mod to keep playing while the devs fix the bugs. This mod may be removed anytime the VE Team requests it. Here are the changes: 1. Thermoregulus now acts like a normal mushroom and will NOT rot in zero light. This however means, it will die in light . An actual solution was to make it grow regardless of light, unfortunately, I am not an experienced coder so I was not able to find a way to make them ignore all light. I have fixed the in-game description appropriately. Note: Glowcaps are special in that their light does not kill other mushrooms, so you can have this and glowcap in the same bedroom. 2. Glowcaps - Per the steam workshop description, these should be only allowed to be grown in pots, however due to a bug (or weird intended behavior) you could plant them in any zone. Since they have a very big yield, they were kinda OP, I fixed them so now they can only be grown in pots as intended. They now also act like dark lights and don't give -4 mod debuff to tunnelers for bright light indoors. 3. Bileceps - Bileceps now generate 1 patch of corpse bile when planted - this means as long as you don't clean it up, bileceps can grow without any micro of corpses. Additional planting sessions without cleaning will keep on generating corpse bile on the same tile until it hits vanilla filth max limit of 5. Colonists CAN drag this additional filth to other zones which is nice balancing change - you gotta deal with corpse bile in your base if you gotta keep harvesting easy meat. Also if you accidentally clean it up - it won't generate again until you replant. This is not a bug fix but I feel like bileceps needed some rework. VE team fixed most of what this mod did, I am keeping this mod as a minor tweak mod now: 1. Glowcaps: They provide dark light instead of normal light. tunnels won't get -4 from bright indoor light debuff. 2. Bileceps were not a bug fix, so they remain as they were orignally in this mod - they generate corpse bile still.
