StellarRegulator Array - StellarisDaughter
This Mod Do not have full English translation for now. You can do it your self or whatever.
Overview
This mod adds an independent character from the Stellaris mod of the same name to RimWorld: the StellarRegulator Array, an artificial intelligence from the Luchivia Empire. The Empire has cast its gaze upon this tiny corner of the Rim. You will have the opportunity to sign an agreement and obtain authorization to use part of the StellarRegulator Array’s technology. This subscription includes access to one sub-unit of the Starlight Crystal Cluster Consciousness—the StellarRegulator Array—as well as limited rights to call in reinforcements from the Spear Of Galaxy Zenith fleet.
However, the contents of the agreement appear to have been tampered with by an unknown force. The Stellar sub-unit seems to possess no memory of the StellarRegulator cluster consciousness, and also... an unstable core.
Basic Abilities
As a Starlight Crystal construct, the StellarRegulator Array sub-unit requires no energy source and can repair itself automatically. However, the sub-unit you have obtained has been illegally modified by an unknown force, and its physical functions no longer meet the quality standards specified in this agreement. It will behave much more like... a human.
The StellarRegulator Array sub-unit also possesses a certain degree of anti-gravity levitation. This function does not require any additional subscription or payment.
Special Abilities
Stellar possesses a system known as the “Witch Factor.” All of its powerful abilities—including point-defense escort drones modeled after the floating wing form of the Spear Of Galaxy Zenith, as well as authorization to call upon the Spear Of Galaxy Zenith—can only be used while in a strange cosplay-like outfit. This state is hereafter referred to as Witch Form.
Stellar can transform into Witch Form at any time, but doing so rapidly accumulates “Witch Factor.” Once the Witch Factor exceeds half of its gauge, mysterious forces begin to erode it, causing the gauge to continue increasing passively even when Stellar is not transformed, until it inevitably enters a state of “Core Meltdown.”
When Stellar enters “Core Meltdown,” as the signatory of the agreement, you are obligated to carry out “Core Suppression.” The method is simple: incapacitate Stellar through external force, then assign a colonist to perform the “Suppression” task on the incapacitated Stellar. Once “Suppression” is complete, Stellar will revert from its transformed state and the Witch Factor gauge will be fully cleared.
Given Stellar’s current unstable condition, the agreement strongly recommends that you carefully control transformation duration and do not allow the Witch Factor gauge to exceed half, otherwise there is a risk of a Level-3 core meltdown incident.
Stellar has higher-than-normal standards for the colony’s quality of life. It has two simulated gauges, “Affection” and “Trust,” used to evaluate and quantify living conditions in the colony. Some studies indicate that keeping Stellar’s “Affection” and “Trust” above zero has a positive effect on its Witch Factor gauge.
When Affection is above 0, it increases the maximum capacity of the Witch Factor gauge. Negative Affection reduces the maximum capacity of the Witch Factor gauge.
When Trust is above 0, the Witch Factor gauge can slowly decrease as long as it has not exceeded half, and its passive growth rate is also reduced. Negative Trust does not passively lower the Witch Factor gauge, but it greatly accelerates the passive growth rate of Witch Factor.
Other
On the first day of a new game, the colony will receive a mission signal called “Stellar Dormancy Signal.” Accepting this mission indicates that you accept all terms and restrictions of Protocol 30-7411, and voluntarily assume the role of StellarRegulator Array’s Executor and Guardian. One subscription-quota Stellar sub-unit and a Spear Of Galaxy Zenith authorization credential will then be drop-podded to a location near you. Lost items will not be replaced.
