I've always been dissapointed by eltex gear. It looks bad, its near impossible to get a full set of it and it deteriorates on top of that, so i decided to make this.
Features:
- Adds the Eltex Halo, a utility slot item that has the stats of a full eltex outfit.

This is my first mod thats actually functional and wasn't me toying with rimworld modding. Shouldn't cause any issues.
