VVE - Faster Aircraft Takeoff and Landing
A very simple patch mod to make aircraft from Vanilla Vehicles Expanded (and Tier 3) take off faster.

(What this does is just cut the maxTicks animation values of aircraft in half. While I initially intended this for helicopters only due to how slow they are to takeoff and land, other aircraft may feel too fast in taking off and landing, like as fast as an Odyssey shuttle.)
