Stellar Logistics

Stellar Logistics introduces a comprehensive, dynamic economy to Rimworld. It seeks to remove the tedium of buying and selling mid-late game whilst remaining economically balanced (or at least attempting to). Stellar Logistics is the orbital broker 'middleman' that'll take your items or silver into escrow and try to buy or sell in your stead. Features: - Global Market Terminal: Access the Galactic Market directly from a new main tab. Powered comms console required to create orders. Orbital trade beacons required to send items to the orbital broker. - Sell Orders (Exports): List your surplus goods (crops, weapons, apparel, animals, etc.) on the open market. Set your own price ratios to balance profit vs. execution speed. - Buy Orders (Imports): Need specific resources, rare components, or bionics? Place buy orders into escrow and wait for suppliers across the sector to fulfill them. - Escrow System: Items or silver are held in escrow by the orbital broker. A fee is required to cancel orders and get the items returned. - Dynamic Market Trends: The galactic economy is always shifting. Experience seasonal events like agricultural booms, protein shortages, industrial surges, and wartime weapon demands. These trends dramatically affect supply, demand, and prices for days or weeks at a time. - Faction Integration: Planetary factions (Allied or Neutral) actively participate in your contracts. Fulfilling contracts with local factions grants goodwill bonuses. - Strategic Pricing: Mathematics. Pricing goods lower than market value drastically improves the chance for a quick sale, while charging exorbitant prices might leave your goods collecting dust for years. - Broker Fees & Social Skill: Your negotiator's social skill directly influences the broker fees incurred when placing orders. The higher the skill, the lower the overhead. Social skill does NOT affect anything else; Only the broker fee. - NPC Contracts: Periodically, factions will post time-limited requests to either buy specific goods or sell shipments. - Alliance Networking: Having more allied factions on the planet expands your trade network, reducing the wait time for your contracts to be filled. - Market Saturation & Desperation: Dumping massive amounts of goods onto the market at once incurs a volume penalty, taking slightly longer to sell. Conversely, sometimes a faction will instantly buy out your contract out of pure desperation. - Bank Account: Hide silver from wealth calculations in a bank account. - Highly Configurable: Use the mod settings to tailor broker fees, contract fulfillment speeds and goodwill gains to fit your exact playstyle. - Highly Performant: Made with performance in mind; All math is done on a separate background thread in a thread safe manner, and the mod was benchmarked using Dubs Performance Analyser as well. - Item Blacklist: Blacklist specific items or specific mods or entire categories in the mod settings.
