Adds an ingredient threshold option to crafting bills. A bill will only activate when a selected ingredient on the map exceeds a specified quantity, created for automating ingredient overflow (eg only make chemfuel when you have more than 1000 corn/rice/etc)
This mod requires HarmonyLib to function, so it should be loaded after Harmony.
I'm not exactly sure what kind of compatability issues there may be, but if any come up please let me know.

How to use:
Create a bill at a crafting spot
Click on the "Do X Times" dropdown and select "Ingredient > Threshold"
In the "Details" tab you can modify the quantity at which you want the pawn to start crafting the bill.
