Neon Genesis Evangelion turned 30 this year. To celebrate, I put Unit 00, 01, and 02 in RimWorld. You're welcome.
These are not your average mechanoids. They're expensive, they're powerful, and they each carry a piece of the soul matrix that makes them something more than machinery. Gestate them at the large mech gestator, point them at your problems, and try not to think too hard about what's inside.

🔵 EVA UNIT 00 — THE PROTOTYPE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The ice-blue one.
🛡️ A.T. Field — 92% damage reduction for 8 seconds. Nearly impenetrable.
🔱 Lance of Longinus — Throws the sacred double-helix spear tip-first at a target. Flies straight, hits hard, ignores almost all armour. Very few things survive it.

🟣 EVA UNIT 01 — THE TEST TYPE

The purple one.
🛡️ A.T. Field — same as above.
🔴 Berserk — Desyncs the restraint architecture. The entity within takes partial control for 15 seconds. Speed, dodge, and melee power all go well past rated limits. Long cooldown. You know how this ends.

🔴 EVA UNIT 02 — THE PRODUCTION MODEL

Arterial red. Built to fight.
🛡️ A.T. Field — same as above.
⚔️ Zweihander Strike — Instant full-body sweep. Just hits everything within 3 metres at the same time. Heat, shockforce, sparks. The works.

Research the Evangelion Project, then gestate at the Large Mech Gestator.

🟣 Unit 01 — 700 Steel / 300 Plasteel / 20 Spacer Components / 1 High Subcore / 5 Angel Stem Cells

I made this as a tribute to Neon Genesis Evangelion — a show that has meant a lot to me for a long time — and to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The mechanoid framework in Biotech felt like the perfect home for the EVA.
Giant bio-mechanical constructs with something living inside them, bonded to a single operator? That's basically just canon.
If anything is broken or weird, drop it in the comments. I'm still learning and feedback genuinely helps. If people enjoy this I'd love to add more — there's a lot more Eva lore to work with.
