This mod ensures that high-level shooters actually perform like the legends they are. It provides Accuracy Compensation based on their Shooting skill level and harsh environments, effectively counteracting harsh environmental and situational penalties.

HOW IT WORKS
The mod applies a dynamic accuracy offset that bridges the gap between the raw hit chance and the ideal hit rate. Because a level 20 shooter shouldn't be thwarted by a bit of rain, the most powerful weapon for veterans should be the veterans themselves.
