Nerfed Defensive Machine Gun Turret Pack

DMGTP turrets outrank every other turret in the game by far and make raids trivial so I made the following changes. They should still be stronger than vanilla turrets but not unstoppable. For example, an M2HB should generally kill things a bit faster than an Autocannon. Some additional changes: [list]   [*] M230LF Sentry has a minimum range to avoid self destructing at melee range.   [*] Turrets 85% cover nerfed to 40% [/list] [img]https://i.imgur.com/NKQaNct.png[/img] Stats in light green were buffed. Stats in light red were nerfed. [list]   [*] Damage = Projectile damage   [*] SP = Stopping Power.   [*] AP = Armor penetration.   [*] ACC = Accuracy (Close, Short, Medium, Long).   [*] The second group of ACC values take into account post-processing.   [*] CD and Aim are the seconds it takes to recover from shooting and aiming a weapon, respectively.   [*] Time per- = The time it takes to aim, shoot and recover, aka a full shooting cycle.   [*] Eff RPM = RPM taking into account the shooting cycle instead of just the burst speed.   [*] S DPS = DPS taking into account Short range post-processed accuracy.
