Just a simple mod that makes the following changes to the Drug Lab:

[*] Changes the required work type from Crafting to Research. If you didn't know, in vanilla the jobs require the Crafting work type to be enabled, despite using the Intellectual skill for most of the jobs. So if like me your researchers aren't assigned to crafting because you don't want them doing crafting tasks, then they won't produce drugs and those who do will likely be worse at it because their intelligence skill is low.
[*] Increases the priority so that pawns will work at the drug lab before the research bench.
[*] Yes crafting is still required to create medkits. I'm thinking about removing that requirement. Let me know your thoughts.

You may already use a mod that does something similar. This is just a simpler mod for those who want it.
