[b]No Guns / Remove Guns[/b]
Beta - Only tested with vanilla RimWorld and the official DLCs. Grenades and smoke launchers are not yet removed. This mod is in active development and community feedback is welcome.
Removes all firearms from RimWorld for players who prefer a gunless playthrough, whether that means pure melee combat, bow-only runs, or simply enjoying a different style of play.
[b]What This Mod Does[/b]
* Removes all gun crafting recipes from the fabrication bench and other workstations.
* Prevents guns from being spawned naturally, via events, or through the developer console.
* Prevents all traders and factions from carrying or selling firearms.
* Raiders and other pawns will no longer spawn equipped with guns.
[b]Allowed Weapons[/b]
* Bows, great bows, recurve bows and all melee weapons remain fully functional.
* You can whitelist additional weapons by adding their defName to the [b]AllowedGuns.xml[/b] file located in the mod's config sub folder, for example 1.6/Config. Restart required.
[b]Known Limitations (Beta)[/b]
* Tested with vanilla RimWorld and all DLC only. Mod compatibility is not guaranteed.
* Grenades and smoke launchers are not currently removed and remain in the game.
* This mod is actively in development — feedback and contributions are welcome.
