Note: "Existence Erasure" is the exclusive elimination mechanism for the player’s special pawn "Luke", featuring high mechanical penetration. Please be mindful of compatibility with other mods when using it.

All high-tier mechanics in this mod are disabled by default, currently for research and testing purposes only. Do not abuse them.
Some high-tier mechanics have poor compatibility and may cause errors, performance issues, or conflicts with other mods.
Additionally, high-tier genes are not yet available through legitimate means. Please do not forcibly add them via developer mode, save editing, or other abnormal methods.
If enabling such content leads to game crashes, save file corruption, or mod conflicts, these issues will not be fixed or supported in the current version.
Current experimental version:
The "Extraordinary Perseverance" enhancement type has been fully upgraded, providing an extremely high level of immortality.
However, because it blocks all ways of leaving the map and all removal methods, compatibility is extremely poor. Long-term use is not recommended, and this gene currently has no legitimate acquisition method and will not be fixed for now.
Additionally, it grants immunity to gene modification / gene seed overwriting and faction changes.
Currently, apart from our UKFS-kill / certain legitimate kill contexts, no other countermeasures have been found.
Balance reference: Tested in a 300+ mod environment — over‑powered warning ⚠

Features:
1 – Combat Level System fully integrated with mod content
Inspired by a certain Korean game. A level suppression system is implemented to reflect its existence, but can be turned off.
2 – A fairly strong narrative‑layer authority system
Includes four authority‑level pawns, unlockable via weapons or quests. Due to lack of art assets, pawn appearance and gender are randomly generated.
Examples of authority effects: guaranteed hit / immunity to ranged attacks / attack erases enemies / forced mental break / permanent enemy debuff / immortality / immunity to most developer remove/kill commands (can be disabled).
3 – Quest progression
You will engage in conflicts and narratives involving the Forward Team, the Fleet, and extradimensional enemies. Through choices, you will decide whether this world survives. (Under development, not yet complete.)
4 – Several powerful weapons with strong mechanics
To reduce performance impact, most attacks stack effects and trigger numerous hediffs.
5 – A strong, interactive faction
The Forward Team is low in the story hierarchy but interacts with you most during gameplay. Raising reputation unlocks continuous support and protocol assistance (clear weather / harmful weather countermeasures / planet‑killer weapon countermeasures) – even help in certain story boss fights.
If you become hostile, all protocols reverse. If you can’t fight back, drop some gifts.

2 – First balance pass completed – weapons, armors, and genes for both players and factions have been heavily nerfed in both stats and mechanics. In the current preset, melee weapons cap at ~140 DPS – above vanilla but below high‑power mods.
