Weapon Condition Matters, and so does Quality

Makes a weapon's condition affect accuracy. Audioviper was rather disappointed in the decision to remove this simple yet rather important stat modifier, and so they have patched it back into the game, with a couple minor tweaks. From 100%-80% you will experience no drop in accuracy, as they would consider this to be the surface wear most rifles would experience over time. From 80%-0%, however, you will experience a steady decline until accuracy has completely halved itself. Direct copy of Audioviper's Weapon Condition Matters with one small change: - Removed the code which negated additional damage for higher than Normal quality weapons, returning damage to vanilla values. All credit goes to Audioviper. Check out his other mod, Weapon Tech. Highly recommend using this alongside Misc. Weapon Repair. I recommend it so highly that I'm tempted to add it as a requirement. Conflicts: Would only conflict with other mods that cause CONDITION to affect ACCURACY. This mod will not conflict with mods that alter the effects of quality, and will not conflict with mods that use condition to affect stats other than accuracy. The outcome of any conflicts will be that whichever mod is lower in the list will override the changes to whichever similar mod is above it, so there's really no need to be scared of mod conflicts.
