Changes texture of harvestable healroot and adds a glow to all healroot.

Use [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2479389928]Rocketman[/url] with this, because each healroot will become a glower and the glowgrid updates every time a healroot spawns/is planted/is harvested.
